Financial Arrangements:

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office manager. Please ask us about our financing plans, including Care Credit. Our primary concern is your dental health. Nonetheless, we will be sensitive to your financial situation.

Dental Insurance:

Our office will prepare all of the forms for this important benefit. Your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation.
